In accordance with Archdiocesan Best Practices regarding handling of collections, at St. Julian, we have two teams of 5 parishioners each who count the weekly and Holy Day parish offerings as well as money collected from Ministry Events such as Mother’s Day Flower Sales or Parish Special Events like the Annual Parish Picnic.
All Parish money handling procedures for counting, depositing and recording donations and fees collected follow Best Practices as outlined by the Archdiocese of Chicago.
